Add Worker Warning[]
Tapping on the 'exclamation mark' opens a display that explains the reason for the warning.
For example when the is above your rock quarry the explanation is that there are no workers. The warning is given because without workers the quarry will not produce .
Adding workers to the quarry, chopper, farm, penn, mill, carver or weaver will solve the warning.
When you have villagers without work this is not a problem. Just look for villagers standing near their houses whistling, as seen to the left, to see if you have any available. When you have a structural lack of workers you may want to consider adding one or more additional Houses, provided you have house slots.
Storage and Resource Warning[]
Storage[]
An 'exclamation mark' above your Storage indicates that the maximum capacity of at least on of your
Resources (, , , , , , ) has been reached. No additional storage is possible of that resource or those Resources. By tapping on the you will see the storage levels. The ones in red are at maximum capacity.
In itself this is not something that will hinder you gameplay. The best possible solution is to use the resource concerned. Another option is to sell it (see Market).
One can accept the situation as well. The resources have a capacity to store the products as well (depending on the type from 100 units onwards). Only when that capacity is also fully used, production will stop.
Resource Warning[]
When the resources warning
appear above the quarry, chopper, farm, penn, mill, carver or weaver the storage of that quarry, chopper, farm, penn, mill, carver or weaver is full. The production of , , , , , or of that quarry, chopper, farm, penn, mill, carver or weaver will stop (other will continue).
Emptying the storage of the quarry, chopper, farm, penn, mill, carver or weaver will solve it. Just tap on the building concerned. However if also the Storage of that Resource is complete this solution does not work. Using the resource in a recipe or for buying a building could be a solution.
Accepting the situation is possible as well. The loss of potential production might be limited. Selling the resources could be a (last) solution.
TIP: Adding a hauler to the quarry, chopper, farm, penn, mill, carver or weaver will avoid the warning to appear (unless the Storage is full).
NOTE: The tip included in Resources page explains; one hauler is enough.
Trivia[]
- Before version 1.11 the Resources included a social resource, having more than 500 could lead to a resource warning (see blog User blog:of WieQuadrat on What_happen_when_using_Invite_tips_trick_too_often)
