Different Size and Price for Expansion
x dim = The Width of the Village , started from Magic Rock and to the Right
y dim = The Height of the Village , started from Magic Rock and to the Bottom
All size are in squares. It's recommended to use a large object in your village as an easy way to measure the size of your village. You may also use the Excel design tool.
Expansion is legitimate "after" it finishes and shows as "green land". If the expansion is still in progress (brown land), anything can happen and the final outcome may well be different to that shown in your village.
Is a resource collector required in your village in order to use the Market?
Remove all Rock Quarries = Can still buy rock in the Market
Remove all resource buildings = Can still trade anything in the Market
Remove all Rock Quarries = Can not buy rock in the Market
Number of required haulers
Adding an extra hauler to your resource makes no difference to the rate the resource is added to inventory.
This seems to hold true for non-premium resource producers. However, if you have a premium producer, the worker's rate of production may be higher than a single hauler can handle. Monitor your village carefully so you don't run out of resources.
This seems to have changed in Version 1.15, where it appears that 1 hauler per worker is now required.

Impact of Android Special Collection on iOS Inventory
14 June 2012. At the introduction of Version 1.12, Android users had a Collection Week and some Decorations were available for Android players only. Some players reported that these decorations, e.g. Sweetheart Garden have disappeared from their Inventory (on both platforms).
19 June 2012. The event is over and the Decorations and Store are showing up again in Inventory.
Impact of Mystery Crates
The Mystery Crates promotion offered a windmill that is different to the one that players can purchase for 20 from level 32 on. During this promotion, TinyCo withdrew from sale the normal windmill. This affects players trying to complete the Top Notch Service challenge, which requires the windmill.
We assume - but it is not confirmed - that the regular windmill will return once the Mystery Crates promotion ends.
